Variety and strength

The first requirement that DEA furniture meets is variety. We certainly offer a wide range of drawer units (with different heights, widths and capacities), but also complementary solutions for the various work sequences of an industrial environment:

cabinets with high containment capacity and load-bearing capacity
steel, stainless steel and wooden work tops
work benches, with specific modules for tilting vices
modules for energy distribution
tool trolleys
wall systems
waste collection containers.

Quality and safety

The quality is enclosed in the resistant materials and in the finishings: all the modules are made in welded sheet steel, epoxy powder coated, and the shelves have certified high load-bearing capacity (from 100 to 400 kg). The worktops are reinforced with ABS coatings, the handles are ergonomic, feet are adjustable and wheels are the caster type with brake.

The drawer units are all fitted with an anti-tilt system, in order to guarantee operator safety at all times. The modules can also be fitted with a lock system at the customer's discretion: classical key with lock or badge or code.

How we create an industrial set-up

One of the objectives of our industrial set ups is to offer customers an all-round service, saving them from the obligation of interfacing with several suppliers, aligning and co-ordinating them all. We take care of everything, from inspection to the after-sales service.

We offer consultancy regarding all aspects linked to the industrial work environment, we visit the work site and we talk to staff in order to understand effective requirements. Technicians and designers collaborate to find the most suitable combination or, alternatively, to study new customised answers: the team is ready to re-adapt, review and enrich the products for any specific requirement. This also includes 3D designs, which allow us to assess all dimensions and offer the customer a realistic preview of the finished set up.
