Industrial workstations: how to meet specific needs
Are you looking for industrial workstations that are resistant, durable, safe and tailored to your specific needs? DEA’s workstations are individually designed based on each customer's specific needs. Find out our personalized solutions!
Here is a brief overview of what we are going to talk about in this article:
When it comes to setting up industrial workstations, the requirements are linear in terms of their complexity: resistance, durability, large capacities, safety and extreme practicality are an absolute must. A workstation must help streamline the production process, without creating any hitches or slowdowns. And above all, it must guarantee completely safe working conditions for the operators.
DEA’sindustrial workstations are designed keeping these requirements in mind. Let's take a look at the complete product range, in which each line is capable of meeting various needs and contributing to the overall improvement of the production efficiency.
DEA’s modules for industrial workstations
DEA modular workstations are specifically designedto meet the customer’s needs. Depending on the requirements, they can include:
- Drawer units;
- Benches and work tops;
- Small and large cabinets;
- Power distribution modules;
- Waste collection modules.
DEA’s range of industrial workstations offers one of the widest selections of metal drawer units: numerous models, varying in size (height, width), number of drawers, finishes and accessories. A drawer unit is ideal for organising and storing tools, measuring instruments, small parts and accessories, as well as documents and file folders.
All the industrial drawer units are compliant with the standards required by the specific work environment:
- Fully extractable drawers, mounted on HD slides capable of supporting heavy loads (from 30 to 200 kg);
- Anti-tipping system, which only allows one drawer to be opened at a time in order to prevent the cabinet from becoming unbalanced;
- Solid sheet metal frame, entirely welded;
- DCT and polyester powder coated surfaces.
Featuring shelves resistant to wear, acids, oils and mechanical stresses of all kinds, benches are essential for carrying out specific processes efficiently and with peace of mind in all industrial workstations. Thanks to the high capacity of the upper shelf, they can even serve as ideal support surfaces for large parts in production.
They can always be completed with sheet metal, stainless steel or wood tops, and coated with scratch-proof ABS or DTC.
Our cabinets for industrial workstations are designed to store tools, spare parts, documents and certificates, as well as large measuring instruments, and cleaning and sanitising equipment.
The larger cabinet versions can be used to store more voluminous instruments, as well as technical clothing and PPE.
Even industrial workstations need waste collection and recycling modules. By guaranteeing order and cleanliness, these modules:
- improve production efficiency;
- improve the quality of the results;
- help create a healthy and pleasant work environment.
Energy distribution modules
Finally, the energy distribution modules allow you to quickly and easily use electrical sockets and always keep the industrial workstation well organised, without any cables or wires out of place.
