The extraordinary situation in which we found ourselves this past year didn’t lessen our desire to get things done and to go beyond our limits. Let's take a moment to remember all the best moments, thanking all those who took part in them with us.
2020 was an unusual year to say the least, and it certainly took everyone by surprise.
But despite all the difficulties and unforeseen events, DEA continued to move steadfastly forward, with its typical pragmatic attitude and pursuit of continuous improvement.
In a short period of time, we rescheduled most of our projects and established a new strategic action plan. Everyone viewed the need to cancel business trips and attendance of exhibitions as an opportunity to do their jobs even better with the resources available, and to be even more meticulous and concentrated.
The main goals achieved over this past year, thanks to our staff, partners and customers, are described below.
A year full of changes and achievements
First of all, we made a virtue out of necessity by discovering and implementing new operating methods, which will certainly come in useful in the future as well. And in the end, the new techniques that we learned seem to have improved our knowledge and enriched our experience.
We also focused on revamping our website. We dedicated greater attention to the individual segments of the Automotive sector, dividing our workshop furnishings into those for Cars, Motorcycles and Motorsports. We took the opportunity to introduce an entirely new area of the website dedicated to solutions for companies operating in the general Industrial sector.
We focused our attention on the U.S. market, expanding our presence across the continent and striving to gain an even stronger foothold with our furnishings at some of the most prominent American garages.
And while these activities were in progress, we simultaneously continued to carry out new and exciting projects throughout Italy and elsewhere around the world.
We’re ready for 2021
We can't wait to watch the seeds that we’ve sown over these past few months sprout and bear fruit under the guidance of our CEO, Lino di Betta, who will soon give us also some advise on how to tackle the coming year. Stay tuned…
We hope that we’ll soon be able to resume our travels again and see each other in person, spending time together and toasting our health with a glass of fine wine, as there’s no technology or anything else that can take the place of real human relationships.
We’d like to thank all our customers and all the DEA staff for the commitment, passion and support that they’ve shown throughout this difficult year.
